The fluttering prayer flag ( LUNGTA) are actually colorful cotton squares in white , blue , yellow , green and red colors with Guru Rinpoche images, mantras and prayers on it. An auspicious prayer flag that brings peace, prosperity, compassion, good-luck, good health and victory over obstacles. The word Lungta for a Tibetan itself means fortune or good luck.
