Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Example

If you purchase 2 table covers weighing 200 grams each, the total weight will be 400 grams, and the shipping cost will be USD 31.

If you add another item weighing 80 grams, the total weight becomes 480 grams. Since the parcel still falls within the 0–500 gram weight bracket, the shipping cost remains USD 31.

This allows you to add small items to your order without increasing the shipping cost, as long as the total weight stays within the same shipping bracket.

Returns Policy

We carefully hand-select and craft each of our products to ensure the most economical and highest quality materials. If you have purchased any retail item as shown and are unsatisfied for any reason at all, feel free to return your product, unused and in re-sell-able condition by contacting us within 10 calendar days of order receipt for a "no hassle" return authorization.(*Items described as "Closeout" as non-returnable and sold "AS IS")

If your order is unused, and sent back in perfect, re-sell able condition with original packaging you will be refunded the product purchase price, (Shipping to and fro is not-refundable)

Returns after 30 days from purchase date are not accepted. Please do contact us at support@spiritualtibet.com prior to returning any item, and We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please allow up to two billing cycles after we receive your item back (30 days) for credits to post. We cannot be liable for product misuse or customer damage, and can not offer a refund in these circumstances.

Please note that if buyer is returning anything, Nepal duty tax will be paid by buyer. we will deduct that tax amount from total amount and refund to buyer.
