6. How do you ship parcel ?
We offer 2 shipping option. Economy and express
a. Economy shipping - we ship parcel through registered post mail nepal ( post office ) takes 10 to 15 days to deliver.
b. Express - we ship parcel through express courier company such as FedEx , aramex , skynet.
You can choose shipping method while checkout.
7. How is shipping cost calculated ?
Shipping cost will be calculated automatically before checkout.
For example: if shipping cost for 500 grams is 13 USD.
If you have purchased 4 items and total weight of those 4 items are under 500 grams then you will have to pay only 13 USD as a shipping cost for 4 items.
8. How do i know if my item has been shipped or not ?
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch.
We will send you shipping details with tracking number to your registered email Id.
9. How do i track my order ?
An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped . you will be able to check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company.
10. Would you please declare the item with lower price for me please ?
Please kindly note that we will declare the package at lower value to avoid tax and most of them are safe. In case tax is charged by the Customs, customers will be responsible for the tax. Please check if you should pay any duty fee in your country. You are responsible of it, if it is required.

No, It's not necessary to create an account. You can checkout as a guest.

Yes , recently whatever price listed in our website is wholesale price . But if you want to purchase in quantity we will give you further discount.

13. Do you take custom order ?
Yes definitely.. we are the manufacturer of all the items listed in our website. We can make any sizes and design according to your choice.
14. can i cancel my order ?
Yes . you can cancel your order anytime before shipping. after dispatch order cannot be cancelled. We will refund to your account within 24 hours. but payment gateway fee of 7 percent is not refundable. we will deduct 7 percent from the total amount and refund you balance amount.
15. Can I return item after receiving ?
yes, you can return item in original packing to us. In this case 7% payment gateway + shipping charges which we have paid and also if there is any custom charges which we have to pay while receiving the item are not refundable.
