This is a standard size but if its does not fits to you then you can use safety pins or sew little bit to make it custom size according to your fitting.

It is very firm and sturdy but soft enough to be altered easily to change the size. I am very happy although a little less plastic packaging would be nice.
Personally, I would rather have it without the sort of paper that is inside it.
In any case, it is a beautiful and well made gomthag.
Because I suffer from chronic back & leg pains. This eases and supports my back which makes meditation easier and more comfortable.
And allows me to sit for longer times ?♥️??
